Terms of Service

By using InnFeel, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use InnFeel. If you are under 18, you confirm having a parent's authorization.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at support@innfeel.app in case of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use InnFeel to:

Harass, threaten, or insult another user.
Share illegal, hateful, sexual, or abusive content.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Send spam or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
Use the Service for commercial purposes without our express authorization.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend an account violating these rules, without notice.

4. Subscriptions Pro and Zen

Pro and Zen are recurring subscriptions billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Standard prices: €4.99 / month for Pro, €12.99 / month for Zen. Promotional offers shown in-app at checkout always prevail.

The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellation is done directly from your Apple or Google account.

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, according to their respective policies.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights over the content you create on InnFeel (auras, messages, photos, videos). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display this content within the Service to your friends.

The InnFeel name, logo, and design are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Wellness disclaimer

InnFeel is a wellness app and is NOT a substitute for medical or psychological care. The AI Wellness Coach provides general guidance, not medical diagnoses or treatments. If you are experiencing emotional distress, contact a qualified healthcare professional or, in case of emergency, your local crisis line.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete my account). All your data will be deleted within 30 days, except those required by law.

8. Liability

InnFeel is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or bug-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be modified. Significant modifications will be notified to you within the Service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, except for protective consumer provisions.
